After rave reviews for its free six-part Sun Academy webinar series for indoor tanning professionals, JK-North America is planning another educational installment – and the company is inviting you to help. Salon owners are encouraged to take a quick survey, sharing input on the topics most pressing to their daily business operations. JK will take the responses into consideration when planning its next batch of webinars.

The multiple-choice survey allows potential webinar attendees to rank their interest in topics such as: marketing, HR, leadership, employee motivation, legal matters, sales, new revenue streams, EFTs and customer retention. There’s also space to write-in additional topics, as well as provide input about scheduling preferences. All of the live JK webinars allowed for question-and-answer opportunities with the speakers, which is an added benefit to attending the actual presentations.

Salon professionals who missed the original broadcasts can now listen to and view them for free via the JK-North America website by clicking here.

The first Sun Academy webinar series included the following topics:

• The Human Element of the Bronze Biz – How to Find the Right Employees and How to Keep Them

• Marketing Initiatives with Traditional and Social Media – Radio, Facebook, Groupon and More!

• EFT Membership Building – Find The EFT Program That's Right For You (But Find One!)

• Customer Recruiting – Getting More Butts in Beds Equals More Bucks in Your Bank

• The Up-Sell – Ramping Up Customer Equipment Usage and Revenues

• EFT Retention – Keeping Customers Committed and Your Bills Paid Year-Round

Consultant John Farr, president and CEO of the Power Group (www.johnrfarr.com), was the main speaker for the webinars.
