In a continuing effort to reach out to the industry nationwide, the Indoor Tanning Association’s board of directors voted unanimously to open the January 2010 board meeting. Several years ago, in order to make the meetings accessible to the members, the board started the practice of holding open meetings in different venues across the country. The meeting in Dallas will be held at Palm Beach Tan’s corporate offices and hosted by ITA board member Diane Lucas.
This will be a crucial meeting for the ITA. The agenda will include establishing budget and program priorities for 2010. The meeting will take place on Thursday, Jan. 14, 2010. For anyone interested in attending, the host hotel information has been updated. There is a block of rooms reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn - Dallas/Lewisville (1.877.STAY.HGI). Be sure to ask for the ITA board meeting rate.
