In a move that shocked and saddened the tanning community, Fiji Blend mastermind Terry Katz released a statement to customers announcing the company’s exit from the professional indoor tanning community. Katz had been involved in the industry for more than 23 years, launching Fiji Blend eight years ago.
According to the memo, “We will no longer be able to continue servicing our customers, as we have dissolved the company.”
Katz showed optimism about the industry’s future – especially in light of the increasing research supporting the benefits of vitamin D.
