A recent CNNMoney survey reveals that nearly half of all respondents value a job that is satisfying over a job that pays well with good benefits.
When asked what they consider the most important quality in a job, 45 percent of respondents said “satisfying work,” 37 percent said “good pay and benefits,” 6 percent said “flexible hours” and 11 percent said “growth opportunities.”
