The deadline to submit your survey for the 2010 Top 250 Salons, which will be announced next February, has been extended to Friday, Oct. 16.
To enter online, simply click here and register your salon by choosing a log-in name and password. Then, just fill out the form and click submit.
If online submission isn’t your cup of tea, you can print out a PDF version of the 2010 Top 250 Salons Survey to fax in (fax number is 480.281.6026).
