After Jennifer Sunday (White Wave International Labs) filed a federal lawsuit against Lindsay Lohan and her business partner, Lorit Simon, accusing the two of stealing her formula for their Sevin Nyne tanning line, Lindsay Lohan turned to Twitter to announce her innocence.
According to Us magazine, Lohan tweeted: “No formula was stolen for Sevin Nyne!” and “It’s a woman looking for a payday. That’s it!”
Sunday’s lawsuit is seeking damages for breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, civil conspiracy, intentional interference with contractual relations, and deceptive and unfair trade practices.
