Four Seasons Sales and Service rallied its troops in the battle against cancer and added $9,330 to the county’s Relay for Life fundraiser on June 12—the highest amount raised among county teams.
The event’s all-night vigil consisted of laps around the track to honor cancer victims, a hair boutique with spray paint as the premier styling tool, and a hula-hoop contest, in which Four Seasons’ own executive chairman, Ed Jerger, twirled to first place.
“It’s amazing what can be accomplished with a little teamwork,” Chief Financial Officer Valerie Cole says. “The majority of funds raised were from our employees and that reflects very highly on the caliber of Four Seasons personnel. It is an honor to work with such outstanding individuals.”
This was the eighth year Four Seasons participated in the American Cancer Society’s annual fundraising event.
