Delaware SB 90 has been unanimously approved by the Senate. If approved in the House and signed into law, the bill would parents to sign a consent form in order to allow teens between 14 and 18 to tan indoors. In addition, the bill—known as the Michelle Rigney Act after a young woman who died from skin cancer—would require that children younger than 14 provide a note from a doctor before being allowed to tan.
