According to Shop.org’;s recent survey, 88 percent of retailers report prioritizing e-mail marketing. But, more importantly, it found that businesses aren’t just sending more e-mails, but rather that they’re being smarter about what type of e-mails they are sending, and to who.
Coupons, reminders, sales news and more can be made more customizable than ever before, and companies are being rewarded for their effort.
