According to a March poll of small-business owners, only 14 percent believe that the stimulus will positively affect their company.

The biggest cause for concern is that the stimulus bill does not require government agencies to spend bailout money with small businesses, reports CNN, and the prevailing fear is that government agencies will commit most of their bailout funds to larger companies that can handle multiple projects.
