In a survey released Monday, economy experts predicted a deepening recession that will only get deeper, according to CNNMoney.
According to the National Association for Business Economics, private companies will continue dropping employees and holding on to their cash in 2009. Among the findings were that 78 percent of those surveyed said tightening credit conditions affected customers, while 52 percent said the strict credit environment directly hurt businesses in their industries.
