The nation's most successful indoor tanning salons—those that excel in providing the latest technology, high-demand services and unmatched customer service—will be awarded with a five-star rating from ETS Tan at the 2008 ITA World Tanning Expo later this week.
The rating commends salons for being established and reputable businesses, for promoting smart tanning in a clean environment staffed by skincare professionals, for carrying the best equipment and products, and for proving that customer service is high on their priority lists. The awards will be given during a special reception Friday, Sept. 18 at the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center in Nashville, Tenn.
To receive a 5-Star Salon rating, a salon must:
- Be in business for at least one year;
- Offer a complete range of ETS Tan tanning beds and equipment in a convenient location;
- Have a pristine and organized environment; and
- Have a professionally trained staff of friendly, knowledgeable and customer-oriented employees who provide expert tanning and skincare consultations to all clients.
