Mystic Tan is proud to announce the addition of Tim Hicks as senior vice president. Hicks will oversee all U.S. and Canadian operations, including customer service, technical support, sales and marketing.
Hick’s experience includes more than 15 years of executive positions with Blockbuster Entertainment, Inc., where he was responsible for franchising, training and development, human resources, customer service and field operations. He also has been involved in several successful franchise ventures as CEO and managing partner. However, his true "claim to fame" is that he attended elementary, junior high and high school with Brad Pitt.
"Mystic Tan is a great brand and product that I have watched and used for years, so I am really excited to take part in shaping its future,” Hicks says. “My first objective is to get to know our customers to find out what we are doing right and what we need to improve upon. I believe you need to understand and listen to customers, take responsibility for your actions and live up to your commitments. I am excited about the plans we have to continue to provide great products and services in the sunless industry."
