One salon owner recently shared an experience on TanToday regarding a customer who was unhappy because she purchased an unlimited package and then realized there were restrictions. This begs the question: Can the term “unlimited” be construed as false advertising, since salon owners must adhere to federal and state regulations regarding how often a tanner is allowed to tan?
