Tanning Mom Leaves Kids in Car

A tanning-enthusiast mother in northern Connecticut was recently charged with leaving unattended children in the car, as well as first-degree reckless endangerment. It was only 28 degrees outside when the 28-year-old woman left an infant and a toddler in her vehicle as she patronized an indoor tanning salon.

The situation was discovered by another customer at Enfield’s Sun Capsule tanning salon and reported to an employee, who then called police.
