South Beach Tanning Co. Announces First Franchise

South Beach Tanning Co. has announced that its first franchise location will be located in downtown Orlando, Fla., in the new Sodo center. The new center is a 22-acre, $100-million-dollar urban shopping center.

South Beach Tanning Company will join other outstanding brands such as the 50,000-square-foot Shaq’s 24 Hour Fitness Club, Massage Envy, one of the largest SuperTargets in the nation and a host of trendy, high-energy restaurants and cafés.

“We are extremely excited to be able to announce our first franchise in what is considered Orlando’s premier new shopping destination,” says Brian Hibbard, president and founder of South Beach Tanning Co. “Sodo assembles all the conveniences in one location, integrating marquee retailers alongside luxury condos, office space, restaurants and a diverse mix of national brands."

 The Sodo center is expected to be completed in August; the South Beach Tanning Co. location is set to open in late October.
