Lawsuit Over Lindsay Lohan’s Sunless Formula

Jennifer Sunday, of White Wave International Labs, is suing Lindsay Lohan and Lohan’s business partner, Lorit Simons, for lost profits and royalties, as well as punitive damages.

Tampa Bay Online reports that the lawsuit, filed in Tampa's federal court, contends Sunday entered into a confidential agreement with Simon's firm in January. The agreement was to allow Simon to examine Sunday's secret sunless spray formula. Simon then tried to buy the formula, but the parties couldn't agree on a price.

After Sunday learned Lohan and Simon introduced Sevin Nyne, she found the sunless product’s ingredients were the same or nearly identical to her formula.
