Howard County, Md., Considers Under-18 Tanning Ban

Baltimore is considering an under-18 tanning ban in Howard County.

The Baltimore Sun reports that, in an announcement, county executive Ken Ulman and health officer Peter Beilenson said they will ask for new regulations that would prohibit people under 18 from using the beds because they increase the risk of skin cancer.
