Hollywood Tans Debuts Energy-Efficient Standups

Hollywood Tans announces its new line of state-of-the-art tanning units for 2009. Manufactured solely for Hollywood Tans, the new 2009 Superstar lineup includes five vertical units that provide intense tanning power of up to 200-watt sessions in as short as eight minutes. Four of the five new booths also reduce energy use by approximately 30 percent.

The star of the new Superstar lineup is the Four-Star Unit, a vertical hybrid that uses a combination of ultraviolet lamps and adjustable-height high-pressure lamps around the face to deliver an amazing cross-tanning effect.
