Abate Introduces Sunless Solutions

Abate has developed a self-tanning solution for use in all spray booths and handheld sprayers in response to the growing popularity of UV-free tanning and the demands of salon owners. The solution incorporates advanced skincare ingredients, including aloe vera to moisturize the skin while a tan develops, and Melanogen-V to accelerate the synthesis of melanin in the epidermis and to provide antiaging properties.

It is available in several alcohol-free formulations, including Premium Clear, Premium Dark and Primus. (Primus contains more DHA and more natural cosmetic bronzers than the Premium products.)

The solutions also contains Melatan, a soluble form of L-tyrosine (a needed substrate in the biosynthesis of epidermal melanin) and D-chiro inositol, a natural vegetal compound from the carob tree that enhances and maintains a tan.
