As part of the company’s plan to elevate brand image and strengthen Hollywood Tans' position within the franchising marketplace, the tanning franchise company announced the addition of Jennifer Schlieper as vice president of marketing.
Schlieper will be responsible for the strategic direction and tactical execution of all marketing and creative initiatives, including advertising, visual merchandising, packaging, Internet, public relations, promotions and events. Schlieper also will be leading the company's new creative agency.
Schlieper comes from a similar role with GNC, where she was responsible for the overall GNC brand as well as more than ten product brands of the 5,700-location chain. Prior to her tenure at GNC, she worked for five years at Ketchum, an advertising/creative agency.
