Heartland Tanning Symposium Feb. 2-3

Heartland Tanning, Inc. will hold its 15th Annual Regional Seminar Feb. 2-3 in Lee’s Summit, Mo. Last year, more than 750 salon owners and employees traveled to the two-day networking event that features salon certification, seminars, product presentations, giveaways, the annual warehouse sale and lots of fun.

Salon certification will be held Feb. 2 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Courtyard by Marriott in Blue Springs, Mo. The $35 cost includes a boxed lunch.

The day also will include a warehouse sale where salon operators can take advantage of deals all day. The program begins at 8 a.m. and includes Keynote Speaker Debbie Allen, presentations from lotion and lamp manufacturers, a catered lunch courtesy of Australian Gold, a fashion show by California Clothing by Heartland, breakout training sessions, prize and produce giveaways, a special salon owner gift bag and more.

A reception will be held Feb. 2 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the hotel and feature networking, hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and entertainment from Nashville comedian Rik Roberts. The reception is free, however, attendees must RSVP on their registration form and will be required to show a business card. A big prize will be given away at the end of the evening.
