Go To The Source: What Am I?

Continued from page 1

It’s golf! More to the point, it was the golf course building boom of the 1990s. On a recent flight to visit one of our customers, I was struck by the article, “Broken Tees, Broken Dreams” by Ryan Collins in the in-flight magazine. I thought I was reading about us!

After being in the industry for more than 20 years, I’ve witnessed these same cycles. We must work harder and smarter in the future, not unlike many other businesses in the effort to scratch out a living. Bring the same passion that you have for life to your salon. Tanners go to your business to obtain a cosmetic tan and for stress relief, so make sure that you deliver the finest service possible. Remember that one of the greatest advantages that we have is that we offer controlled exposure by skin type and a timer—unlike the uncontrolled aspects of natural sunlight. That is why our clients come to us now and why they will continue to patronize our salons in the future.
