Dowdell, who has a wealth of management and technical experience in the skincare

United Kingdom, where he worked closely with Body Shop founders Anita and Gordon
Roddick.
Dowdell also served as technical director for Hawaiian Tropic,
one of the largest suncare companies in the United States, and sits on the
International Committee of the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association in
Washington, D.C.
Jennifer Sunday manages the company’s Quality Control
division, and her responsibilities include analytical and microbiological
services. She has considerable experience in the pharmaceutical and
cosmetic industry, including genetic research, quality control and instrumental
analysis in an over-the-counter pharmaceutical environment.
Thomas Painter is in charge of sales management and ensures
that every customer’s request is met in a courteous and helpful manner. With
more than 10 years experience in the indoor tanning industry under his belt,
Painter is well known for providing salons and retail clients with invaluable
industry and product knowledge.
