SUN Ergoline West Coast Hosts Training Day
by Judie Bizzozero
The training was capped off Halloween night with a lavish party at The Highlands located at Hollywood and Highland and home to the Kodak Theatre.
HOLLYWOOD--More than 80 salon owners and operators attended an all-day training program sponsored by SUN Ergoline West Coast on Oct. 30. The program was designed to help new and existing clients of SUN Ergoline to better prepare for scheduled grand openings and the busy tanning season.
Some of the presenters included Jerry Deveney, vice president of marketing for SUN Ergoline; Michael Blore, owner of California Sun Centers; Frank Abat, educational director for John Abat International; and Rick Mattoon, technical training director for the National Tanning Training Institute.
In addition to earning certification from NTTI, attendees gained valuable information on market and sales, salon dcor and customer service, and product knowledge to help guarantee business success.
The training was capped off Halloween night with a lavish party at The Highlands located at Hollywood and Highland and home to the Kodak Theatre. The 15th Annual Halloween Masquerade & Costume Ball was produced by D.A.S.K. Productions and co-sponsored by Ergoline and Sunset Tan, an exclusive Ergoline salon on Sunset Boulevard. The event, which lasted well into the early morning hours, was attended by thousands of partygoers and featured dancing and entertainment, costume contests and laser-light show. The highlight of the party was an Ergoline Avantgarde tanning unit that was featured center stage and attracted interest from everyone at the party.
Special thanks go to Sun Ergoline West Coast's Steve Sharp and Greg Nehrlich for including LOOKING FIT in its celebration.
