From Martha Stewart to Bernie Madoff, many celebrities and hot shots have fallen from the pedestal and into a cell. CNNMoney lists several, citing where they are now.

Martha Stewart: Served five months for obstruction of justice and conspiracy; let go from her position as CEO at Martha Stewart Living; remains successful as integral part of Martha Stewart Omnimedia.

Andrew Fastow: Sentenced to six years on conviction of conspiracy to commit securities fraud; he is still serving, though his sentence was reduced from 10 years to six for testifying against Enron buddies Ken Lay and Jeff Skilling.

Sam Waksal: convicted of insider trading and sentenced to seven years; released in February of this year; his downfall led to the conviction of Martha Stewart
