Fast Company surveyed its 100 Most Creative People in Business recently, and found that more than a few are snubbing Web 2.0..
Some CEOs cite time as their main issue with keeping up with their lives in digital form, while others find blogging about themselves egotistical. Some, it is argued, are simply not part of the generation that is catered to by sites such as Twitter, Facebook and Flickr.
