2. Speaking of being good at hiring the right people, become a better judge of character. This will help you not only find the right employees for your company, but the right clients and partners.
3. Don’t forget to have a sense of humor. It can help you be more likable by customers and employees, and makes you more approachable (not to mention it can save your sanity in the tough times).
