Don’t forget to add the human touch. Customers want to know that if they have a question or problem, there will be live human being to help them
Be ready and willing to change and evolve. This could include rewriting your business plan—several times.
Customers count.Listen to the feedback from your customers. At Pandora, the company receives more than 1,000 e-mails a day from customers. The staff personally responds within a week!
If you need help, ask for it. When Pandora was in risk of going under due to a new government ruling, they e-mailed their customers asking them to help by writing their local congressperson. Their response saved the company.
