It's that time of year again--TIME TO TAN! With the industry poised to explode this season, we are providing you with our Product Showcase '01 highlighting some of the newest products on the market for this season. The following showcase gives you a look into lotions, tanning equipment, lamps and accessories.

HEX Offers New Units, Web Site

New this year from HEX are additions to its equipment lineup and a new Web site located at www.itehex.com.

The site reflects the company's core belief that quality is the most important thing in life. That's why ITE manufactures only premium quality tanning systems. UltraSun's New Offerings

UltraSun introduces three exciting beds to its popular lineup of high-quality tanning equipment.

The Powerhouse 6000 series is a 15-minute bed that offers 28 160-watt lamps in the base and 27 180-watt lamps reflectors in the canopy. The unit is available with or without five 1,000-watt facials. The units are available in black, silver or cream.

The Jetpower17000 series is a 15-minute bed that offers 28 160-watt lamps in the base, 16 500-watt lamps and four 1,000-watt facials in the canopy. It is available in black, silver or cream.

The Solarwind 5000 is available in three configurations--5000/4 is a 20-minute bed with 19 100-watt reflectors in the base, 26 100-watt reflectors and four 500-watt facials in the canopy; the 5000/0 Magnum is a 15-minute bed with 19 160-watt lamps in the base and 26 180-watt reflectors in the canopy; and, the 5000/4 Magnum is a 15-minute bed with 19 160-watt lamps in the base, 26 160-watt reflectors and four 1,000-watt facials in the canopy. The Power of the 600 Classic

Ultrabronz America has added a new Special Edition Supernova to its line of tanning equipment. The special edition, which made its debut in Las Vegas, offers elegance with a little attitude. Loaded with extras such as massage mattress, CD player, AM/FM radio and stereo sound speakers, take this tanning bed to a premium, ultra-luxurious level.

The appearance of the Special Edition also has been refashioned with teak effect paneling, designer metallic paint and mattress with contrasting piping.

The ProSun Advantage

ProSun Tanning Industries introduces its 520 SLI for the new season. The new unit incorporates the latest European design with 27 160-watt bulbs in the canopy and 18 160-watt bulbs in the bench, four new high-pressure facial tanners and a new filter system for better output. The unit also is equipped with a Heat Extraction System to keep the internal components properly cooled. Other features include adjustable controls for body and face cooling, pre-installed stereo speakers and optional aromatherapy.

PC Marketing introduces the much-acclaimed SilverBullet by uwe. The TanScene

The Diva Collection

The first thing you notice about Sun Ergoline's exclusive V.I.T. 2.3 System, is that the tanning lamps are positioned vertically--not horizontally. The vertical positioning of the lamp forces the light and heat generated by the lamp toward the unit's patented, geometrically etched glass reflectors.

Body Shapes features sleek, figure-enhancing missy styles that provide slenderizing effects through the use of strategically-placed inner-garment support devices and striking optics. The Hi-Tech suits are a collection of technologically-enhanced designs. One of the Hi-Tech suits, Dry Weave, is the first swimsuit to actually repel water.
